RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Crowned Alchemy, every product is handcrafted in small, intentional batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the nature of our beauty, wellness, and personal care products, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted on any opened, used, or personal care products for reasons of hygiene, safety, and quality assurance.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Upon review and approval, Crowned Alchemy may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product, store credit, or refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom, personalized, or special-order products
• Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer

SHIPPING POLICY

Crowned Alchemy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Crowned Alchemy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

ALLERGIES & PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information prior to purchase. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that individual results may vary.

Crowned Alchemy is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, adverse reactions, or misuse of products. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application of any product.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural and botanical ingredients. Variations in color, texture, consistency, scent, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are normal and do not affect the quality, safety, or intended use of the product.
